Here are the details: After watching both the Shockley Interview, and my mini-discussion of that video, I want you to investigate two things I mentioned in my video discussion. While this is an individual assignment, and which one you do is based on your last name: If your last name starts with A through K: You are to investigate Bell Labs (where Shockley first worked), and tell me at least 9 significant products that were developed at, or out of, Bell Labs, and how they impact us today. If your last name starts with L through Z: You are to investigate the "Traitorous 8" and tell me what companies evolved from those eight people. All together, you should have at least 10 companies, and discuss how those companies impact us today.
